As it says, I live, goodness gracious.

I briefly mentioned this, but one of my coworkers was out--one of my team leads, actually. So, naturally, some of my work was backed up due to some of her knowledge being either more specialized or being more thorough than others'. And she had an earlier shift so she was able to answer things earlier and prevent pileup.

In the meantime, I did finish up St. Meridian's next session. All sorts of twists and turns, with the chance for long-lasting consequences later down the line. Ah, La Manchaland, I love you. =)

I plan on making some pasta and drinking a bit tonight, but until the right time, I'll be playing my silly gachas.

Finally got the front page for the Psycliff site looking presentable~! I think this one will be a bit slower due to all the typing I'll have to do, but I hope it's worth it.

Secondly, I added a new piece to the BurningPeach website!

Anyway, now with all the good stuff out of the way, I can bitch.

Microsoft is ending Publisher in October--not just in a "we'll stop supporting it" kind of way, but a "FUCK YOU if you use Publisher. FUCK YOU. No PUB files opening for you" kind of way.

So yeah that sucks. I work with that shit. I had to download LibreOffice in order to get access to Draw so that way I can just work on converting my yearly work to ODG files.

I'm only thankful I'd normally have started said yearly work around this time...I'd actually been heading to do that yearly work and got the popup, and then had to scramble.

"But you should be fine this year" no, because then that's 2027 me's problem, and I'm sure 2027 me would not like that problem.

So yeah that happened. I'm pooped.

No St. Meridian today, but at least I get a week to get things together for our next session. I also worked more on a Carrd I'd been making to prepare for an RP Twitter for Peach Ambrosia. :D

Really, it's my own fault--I need groceries, but I can't drive (too anxious and fidgety on the road), so my brother needs to drive me. But he wants to play Magic tonight, and won't go out tomorrow, soooo. Yeah.

One of my players is out for work this afternoon and the other is out on Sunday, so. A week.

But that's fine, I can play Magic while I'm there (I use a Mothman deck!), we get pizza on the way there, and I get my groceries.

I'll take tomorrow to write up the next session for the campaign, and maybe get some work done on the Psycliff site.

Nothing terribly big in the news department today, but I'm trying to be consistent even if there's no real news.

An aside about the drawing thing: I actually decided to work a little...backwards? Ish? Because some people are like "when you're wanting to draw and they tell you 'draw cubes' and etc", and others are like, "well, learn to draw based on who you're obsessed with".

Dear reader. I cannot. If I put pen to paper trying to draw my blorbos and hate it, I will die.

So, instead, I drew a girl in "my style" (read: as well as I fucking can lmao), and gave her a name. And so, as I continue practicing, my end goal will be trying to improve on her.

(Her name is Mochi, and she wants to be drawn.)

Will it work? Well, I'll figure that out.

AND NOW ONTO ST. MERIDIAN.

The party's given Shadow Milk back his Soul Jam, he has Fount powers again, yadda yadda, so now the party's back on their way to try finding the next Jams (because Shamil is like "whaaat why would i tell you? i'm having fun!").

So the players are going to La Manchaland (Limbus Company)! Fun times. I've been given permission not to use ye olde speake because I would fucking die if I had to write all that out.

For the moment, I've got the basics down, I just have to use the week to continue writing.
